The Incredibles™

Another iconic scene, here I performed a similar full sound replacement for the first 2:30 of The Incredibles movie. While the music was retained for its dramatic effect and movement of the scene, all other sounds and dialogue were replaced, edited according to the original scene, and set to industry-standard LUFS levels.

For another project, I was tasked with finding a band and recording one of their songs, original or cover. I found the group Deer Palace through a classmate and was able to record them in Capital’s Studio F. My partner and I completed a video depicting the recording process, microphones used, and more. Additionally, after multiple revisions of vocals and other difficult sections, I produced a master file that the band was quite happy with. Take a listen!

Music Mixing - Deer Palace

Agent MX-Z3RO AVID Starter Video

As my first, longest, and most comprehensive post-production project, it showcases layered music splices, ADR recorded in-sync, and capturing/formatting quality foley, backgrounds, and sound effects in 7.1 surround sound. I find this project highlights my audio post-production origins and displays how far I’ve come as a sound engineer.

Mastering EP

Explore through the four mastered songs for one of my largest final projects. I was tasked with coming up with a four-song mastered EP with some specific and some choice songs from my past projects. Through a classic mastering workflow of EQ, Multi-band compression, and limiting, I was able to bring all of these works to nominal streaming service LUFS standards. Take a listen through any one of them!
